The Project

Tucked away off the beaten path, nestled amongst the lush tropical foliage of a remote coastal paradise lies a budget house with a high ceiling and a limited area that truly stands out from the rest.

The two-story house is charmingly constructed with light wood paneling, natural wood accents, and a grey roof. The walls are adorned with windows that let in the warm breezes and the bright sunshine, providing the perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

Upon entering the house, one’s eyes are immediately drawn to the high ceiling, which reaches up to a staggering sixteen feet. This creates an open and airy feeling inside the home, while also allowing plenty of light to filter through the windows.

The limited area of the house is used to the utmost of its potential, with the space being divided into a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. In the living room, the furniture has been laid out in such a way that it creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. A large rug covers the granite floors and adds a touch of warmth and comfort.
